General Manager

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the Store, providing an exceptional customer experience while ensuring overall KPI's and insurance metrics are met.

Requirements

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to consistently demonstrate a successful client experience
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills.
