General Manager

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead and maintain the day-to-day operation of the Store, providing an exceptional and successful customer experience while ensuring overall KPI's and insurance metrics are met. The General Manager will be responsible for coaching and empowering team members, promoting quality standards, and managing daily operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and training staff.

Requirements

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills
• Ability to consistently demonstrate a successful client experience
