Job Description
The Market Manager is responsible for the operation and results of multiple locations within a designated area. They will provide leadership and mentoring to direct reports and lead their team effectively and efficiently. Key responsibilities include managing location activities, ensuring consistent execution of the WOW plan, and promoting safe and clean working conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years collision repair industry
- Minimum of three years of management
- ICAR Platinum certification preferred
- Estimating license if applicable in the state
