Food Truck Operator

Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County is seeking a Food Truck Operator to oversee the daily operations of a food truck. This role involves ensuring safe food preparation, providing excellent customer service, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and driving the truck effectively. The position reports to the Executive Chef.

Requirements

• Safely operate and drive the food truck to designated locations and events.
• Prepare, cook, and serve menu items in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
