Job Description
The Youth Program Instructor will plan, implement, and supervise activities related to Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character and Citizenship within a specific program area. This role involves engaging with youth, monitoring program effectiveness, and ensuring a positive and safe environment. The instructor will also participate in special events and maintain strong relationships with the club staff, members, and community.
Requirements
- Create an environment that facilitates the achievement of Youth Development Outcomes.
- Implement and administer programs, services and activities.
- Ensure a productive work environment through weekly meetings.
- Must have valid State Driver’s License.
- CPR and First Aid certifications required.
- High school diploma or GED
