Job Description
The Kidstop Site Assistant is responsible for supervising the Kidstop program at a designated location, developing and implementing programs, and serving as a mentor and role model to members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college education preferred
- Previous experience working with youth, particularly elementary school age
- Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems
- Capable of organizing and supervising members in a safe environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with youth, parents, staff, volunteers and general public
