Job Description
The Lifeguard Instructor is responsible for planning and implementing a weekly program plan for Boys & Girls Clubs members, including swim lessons, tournaments, and lifesaving training, while maintaining safe supervision and operation of the swimming pool.
Requirements
- Lifeguard certification from American Red Cross
- Ability to supervise and engage with children
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Physical stamina to perform lifeguard duties
- Ability to follow written pool maintenance procedures
- Ability to clean and maintain the pool area
