Job Description
The Youth Development Specialist is responsible for planning and implementing nationally recognized programs for youth in grades K-12 at Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo. The role involves promoting and encouraging program participation and engagement, and maintaining a safe and positive program area.
Requirements
- 1 year of work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a Club environment with possible extended periods of movement and engagement with members and staff
