The Clubhouse Director is responsible for overseeing programs, partnerships, member recruitment/outreach, education, social recreation, arts & culture, vocational, health, physical education and mentoring programs, as well as supervising staff who facilitate these programs and activities.
Requirements
- Lead the overall success of the Clubhouse by driving enrollment, program quality, staff performance, and community engagement.
- Build strong partnerships with schools, families, community organizations, and the Advancement team to expand programs, fundraising, and visibility.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment that supports youth development across sports, literacy, arts, and STEM programming.
- Recruit, hire, coach, and supervise staff and volunteers, fostering a positive, high‐performing team culture.
- Manage Clubhouse operations, including schedules, budgets, payroll, reporting, and daily onsite leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations, quality standards, and food program requirements (PA DHS, Keystone STARS, CACFP).
- Collaborate with organizational leadership on staff development, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement.
