Job Description
Boys Town is hiring married couples as Family Teachers to provide care and guidance to boys and girls in need. The role involves living on-site in a Boys Town Family Home, providing emotional support, and teaching parenting and family skills to youth and families. The successful candidate will have a passion for shaping the future of America's youth and be willing to work a wide array of hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age or older
- High School diploma or equivalent is required, some college credit is preferred
- Valid driver's license with good driving record and ability to pass MVR Check
- Flexibility and willingness to work a wide array of hours
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and reference verification procedure
- Ability to attend a 2-week paid training in Omaha, Nebraska
