Job Description
Patient Care Tech functions as a member of the team to support patient care, responsible for complex personal patient care duties, patient charting, and patient instruction. Performs Tele-Companion, Tele-Tech, and Ambulatory Patient Care Tech responsibilities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- American Heart Association BLS
- Nurse Aide or Emergency Medical Technician certification (preferred)
- Prior work experience in health care (preferred)
- Prior education in or work experience with medical terminology (preferred)
