Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for resolving maintenance issues, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development, including a 401k program and tuition reimbursement.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair
• Ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly
• Personal, reliable transportation to get to work and to respond to on-call emergencies
