Planning Manager

We are looking for a Planning Manager to support our preconstruction team in the North West. The role involves leading the planning function to produce realistic, de-risked programmes, and working on exciting projects valued between £10/70m.

Requirements

• Project management: able to provide a systematic approach to planning, execution and successful completion
• Communication skills: clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Analytical thinking: problem solving to overcome issues through the construction process
• Attention to detail: thoroughness in reviewing project plans and documents
• Technical knowledge: understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
