Job Description
The company is seeking an experienced and passionate Project Manager Promotions to lead exciting personalized projects in the fields of promotions, sales, and roadshows. The role involves managing projects from conception to follow-up, consulting with premium clients, expanding existing customer relationships, and managing a project team. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, event management, or human resources and possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a project manager in a (promotion) agency or on the company side
- Completed training or comparable studies in the fields of Marketing/ Event Management/ Human Resources
- Leadership skills through demonstrable experience in leading projects
- Commercial responsibility and analytical thinking
- Confident, binding appearance and a pronounced social competence
- Safe handling of MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Sound knowledge of personnel recruiting and labor law
- Very good knowledge of VKF, ATL and BTL measures and great interest in promotions, sales and current media trends
- Very good English skills
