Senior Manager Consumer Activations (m/w/d)

The agency is seeking a Senior Manager Consumer Activations to independently manage complex projects in live marketing & promotions. The role involves customer consulting, developing activation concepts, managing budgets, leading project teams, and collaborating with other departments to create integrated campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in live marketing or promotions – preferably with agency background
• Successfully completed studies or training in the field of marketing or event management
• Strong leadership skills and project responsibility in a leadership role
• Strong commercial understanding, high affinity for figures and experience in handling budgets, calculations and settlements
• Confident demeanor, excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
• Good knowledge of VKF, ATL and BTL measures as well as a feel for current trends in sales and consumer communication
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint), CRM tools and project-related software
• Fluent German and very good English skills in both written and spoken form
