Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• CPA license, JD, or EA
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate or partnership tax, M&A tax, international tax, financial instruments, controversy, or structured transaction analysis
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to convert technical complexity into actionable insights
• Demonstrated experience managing engagements, budgets, and client workflows
• Knowledge of digital-asset market structure, blockchain fundamentals, token mechanics, or on-chain analytics tools preferred but not required
• Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid model and to travel up to approximately 20 percent
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a demonstrable interest in crypto, DeFi, blockchain infrastructure, or emerging financial technology
