Job Description
We are looking for a Coordinating Caregiver to join our team in Zeeland, Noord-Brabant, Nederland. As a coordinating caregiver, you will contribute to the care and well-being of clients with PG problematics, providing care and support in complex care situations and stimulating autonomy and self-management.
Requirements
- Diploma in nursing and care for the elderly level 3
- Warm and friendly personality
- Good communication skills
- Positively critical and continuously improving care
- Ability to work well in a self-organizing team
