We are looking for a Coordinating Caregiver IG Home Care to join our Team Home Care Berghem. You will work with clients in their own homes, providing care and support to help them live safely and independently. You will be responsible for observing, reporting, and providing guidance to clients, and working with colleagues to find solutions to challenges. Requirements

• MBO 3 diploma in Care and Welfare with additional training to Coördinerend Verzorgende IG
• Experience as a Helpende Plus or Verzorgende IG is desirable
• Driving license AM or B and own transport
