Support Staff member looking to develop skills by obtaining Plus certificate, providing care to residents in small-scale living unit.
Requirements
- Diploma in support staff care and welfare level 2, possibly supplemented with Plus certificate, or diploma in caregiver C or MDGO-VZ
- Affinity with older adults with dementia
- Involved, collegiate, and able to work independently
- Flexible and digitally savvy
- Positive, cheerful attitude
