Job Description
As a Care Assistant Plus, you help clients with personal care, offer support in care management, and ensure accessible care in their own home. You build a connection with clients and help them live independently at home for as long as possible.
Requirements
- Diploma in Care and Welfare (Plus) or equivalent
- Experience working with older people with dementia
- Ability to work well together and independently
- Flexibility in deployment
