Sr. Accountant

We are a Dallas-based private equity firm seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. This position plays a key role in supporting the accounting and financial reporting functions.

Requirements

• Perform month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy and proper accounting treatment
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
