Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
- Proven ability to lead people while driving performance and accountability
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with production metrics, ERP/MES systems, and basic data analysis
