Senior Associate - Tax/Audit supporting client engagements, preparing tax returns, performing audits, and providing technical guidance. Expected to manage multiple engagements, demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, and train and mentor Associates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business required
- 3+ years of accounting required including experience managing staff, preferably in public accounting
- Licensed CPA or CMA license or working towards obtaining preferred
- Understanding of Federal and State tax laws and regulations
- Strong technology skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
- Team player
- Ability to think innovatively
