This role involves guiding website redesign projects, conducting user research, and contributing to broader UX, market research, and brand consultancy initiatives.
Requirements
- Analyzing website performance metrics to inform strategic recommendations
- Leading content audits and creating Keep-Update-Delete reports
- Developing intuitive navigation structures and information architecture
- Designing and building website content using platforms such as WordPress (Elementor), HubSpot, Webflow, and others.
- Providing UX and CRO-focused feedback on wireframes and visual designs
- Conducting qualitative research, including stakeholder interviews and persona development
- Conducting information architecture (IA) and UX audits, including heuristic evaluations and gap analysis
- Supporting brand messaging strategy and product positioning
- Analyzing digital properties such as YouTube channels for branding, UX, and conversion opportunities
