Financial Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Reporting and Financial Controller to support and further develop the company’s reporting, budgeting, and financial controlling processes.

Requirements

• Strong professional orientation in the field of corporate finance
• Experience in controlling and reporting
• Knowledge and proven hands-on experience with MS Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint
• Ability to independently manage assigned responsibilities and regularly present results
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills; attention to detail and good organizational abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization, including the U.S. subsidiary
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic company and market environment
• Czech and English at an active level, both written and spoken, for communication with international colleagues
