Plant Administrator

Manages the day to day administrative and support functions throughout the branch, including operations support, office management, and providing general support to branch and warehouse management staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of administrative support experience required; Manufacturing plant environment experience highly preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write business correspondence.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office products and Adobe.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on the ability to speak to internal and external customers effectively over the phone.
• Engage effectively with management, operations team, and key functional teams outside of the plant.
