Snke is looking for an entrepreneurial and financially strong Operations Manager to shape the company's external expenses, supplier landscape, and financial governance. The successful candidate will assume a central function in the strategic management of these areas and work closely with the Board of Directors, Management Team, Finance, Controlling, IT, and operational departments.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical education or a corresponding study
• Very strong commercial understanding and developed analytical thinking
• Experience in procurement, vendor management, or financial control functions is an advantage
• Structured, self-responsible, and entrepreneurial working style
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent German and English language skills
