We are looking for an Associate Director, Paid Search to join our team in Buenos Aires. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in Paid Search delivery and will be passionate about their craft. The role involves defining campaign delivery plans, generating innovative concepts, and mentoring others across the practice.
Requirements
- Strong Paid Search delivery track record with 4+ years of experience
- Passionate about their craft
- Demonstrable success in optimising Paid Search campaigns and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development
- Good understanding of how other channels work and optimise together
- Confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who is able to lead client communication
- Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you
- Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated
- Advanced English level (B2 in advance)
