AI Product Designer

Brainlake is looking for an AI Product Designer who combines strong UX/UI fundamentals with practical experience using AI tools to accelerate product design, prototyping, and experimentation. This role focuses on designing meaningful digital experiences grounded in user behavior, business goals, and emerging AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience across responsive web and mobile
• Can translate strategy and user research into seamless product experiences
• Fluent in user journey mapping, task flows, and wireframing
• Think in design systems, not just screens
• Comfortable facilitating client or internal workshops to clarify UX direction
• Proficient in Figma with a clean file structure
• Deep understanding of AI's role in design and curiosity to explore new tools
• Comfortable using AI design tools like UX pilot, Figma make, etc.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable iterating fast
• Understand how UX and automation intersect, especially with AI enhancements
• Can present and articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
