AI Support Agent- Czech/Slovak Speaking

BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products. We're looking for AI Support Agents to act as a bridge between our AI and customers, handling high-priority calls, writing prompts and scripts, and analyzing customer interactions.

Requirements

• Speak English or Czech/Slovak
• Be able to handle objections and guide customers toward a purchase
• Be comfortable 'tweaking' how an AI thinks and speaks
• Enjoy looking at data to figure out why a conversation didn't go as planned
