Requirements
- Leading and managing a team of CRM Executives
- Hands-on execution of CRM campaigns within internal systems
- Mentoring, onboarding, and developing team members
- Maintaining and improving team processes, documentation, and quality standards
- Identifying errors, bottlenecks, and inconsistencies, and proactively collaborating with managers and adjacent teams
- Working with Google Docs and Sheets to organize, track, and report on team performance
- Tracking team KPIs and reporting results to the CRM Manager / Head of CRM
- Driving process optimization and automation initiatives to improve team efficiency and reduce manual errors
- Acting as the main point of contact between Executives and stakeholders
