BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. We're looking for a Czech/Slovak Customer Support Agent to join our team in Warsaw.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Czech/Slovak and English
- Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a support role is advantageous
