Job Description
We are looking for a Polish native or fluent customer service specialist to join our Polish Customer Support team. As a customer service specialist, your daily responsibilities will include responding to customers' enquiries, developing technical knowledge of our client's products and services, and maintaining administrative forms.
Requirements
- Native or Proficient level of Polish (C2)
- Intermediate level of English (B2)
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Impeccable communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel)
