IT Recruiter

BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. We are looking for a passionate IT Recruiter to join our hub in Lisbon, Portugal.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of successful experience in IT recruitment, covering the full recruitment cycle.
• Strong research skills via social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (positive mindset, personal maturity, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities, and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Successful experience in closing technical vacancies.
• Successful experience in closing management & design vacancies.
• Advanced level of English.
