Job Description
BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. We are looking for a System Analyst to act as the primary point of contact for all technical product-related matters, addressing any questions or concerns from stakeholders.
Requirements
- Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyse solution requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Develop detailed system designs, workflows, and technical specifications to meet business needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, testers, and product teams to ensure successful system implementations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, user guides, and technical manuals.
- Testing Support: Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test cases, reviewing results, and facilitating issue resolution.
