Requirements

• Leadership & Management: Proven experience as a UX Lead or Design Manager
• Cross-Platform Expertise: Extensive experience designing and managing products across native mobile, mobile web, and desktop web environments
• Process Engineering: Demonstrated ability to set up, optimize, and govern end-to-end design processes
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A strategic thinker who focuses on solving complex product and business challenges
• Design Systems: Deep experience establishing and scaling comprehensive, multi-platform design systems using tools like Figma
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the iGaming or Gamedev or FinTech industry
