This is a fixed-term, 13-month maternity leave cover role for an Operations Coordinator at BrainStation. The role involves contributing to the employee and client experience in the Shoreditch office, maintaining office supplies, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Requirements

• Act as the first point of contact for all guests
• Assist in planning monthly team outings
• Maintain office supplies
• Oversee and maintain office cleanliness
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness

• Assist in ordering of all team lunches and event catering
