Job Description
We're looking for a Brand Lead to shape how the world experiences Braintrust. You'll define and evolve our visual identity to establish us as the category leader in AI observability. You'll craft the visual systems that bring our brand to life across every touchpoint, and partner with a multidisciplinary design team and work closely with marketing and sales to bring the brand to life.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to build compelling, cohesive brand experiences.
- Fluency in design fundamentals: typography, color, composition, and the judgment to know when to follow the rules and when to break them.
- Proven experience leading creative across diverse formats: digital campaigns, landing pages, presentations, events, and large-scale brand initiatives.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects without compromising on craft, detail, or creative vision.
- A collaborative spirit and comfort working in a lean, high-performing team.
- Experience designing for technical products and an understanding of what resonates with developer audiences.
