Job Description
Braintrust is looking for a highly resourceful and hands-on data person to own their data infrastructure and data pipeline, with deep technical expertise in data engineering and the agency to tackle challenges across the entire data stack.
Requirements
- Strong proof of data engineering skills, deep understanding of Snowflake, dbt management, and various data connectors
- Not afraid to tackle data connector setup, quick analytics, dashboards, and other tasks across the data stack
- Extremely high agency, able to identify problems, propose solutions, and execute without waiting to be told what to do
- Able to unblock yourself through communication and collaboration with others or by getting hands dirty
