Automotive Service Advisor

Brakes Plus is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to create a highly motivated team environment and provide industry-leading customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, managing parts inventory, and ensuring store safety.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Service Advisor/Writer role
• Outstanding leadership and store management skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to mentor others
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work efficiently individually and as part of a team
• Solid knowledge of basic OSHA laws
• Valid driver's license
