Requirements
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues through effective communication
- Assist in generating new sales leads and expanding business relationships
- Create, negotiate, and manage contracts, offers, and sales documentation
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Coordinate sales campaigns and engage with potential and existing clients
- Manage and oversee customer onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports
- Organize and coordinate customer events, meetings, and follow-up communications
