We are seeking a social-first video editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate understands how to edit content for paid social, performance marketing, and platform-native storytelling across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging digital channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of video editing experience, ideally with agency, brand, creator, paid social, or performance marketing experience
- Strong portfolio of short-form social video work, especially paid social ads, UGC-style edits, creator content, or direct-response creative
- Deep understanding of social-first editing for platforms like TikTok, Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, captions, sound, transitions, motion graphics, and visual storytelling
- Experience creating multiple creative variations for testing and iteration
- Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative and editing tools is a plus
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to interpret, apply, and build on feedback
- Comfortable balancing multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines
- Interest in performance marketing, paid social, and using creative learnings to improve results
