Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Modelling Analyst to create a coherent and decision-ready data model and engineering-ready mappings for our BIRD-aligned semantic layer. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in data modelling and data mapping within a regulated environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to challenge unclear or conflicting requirements.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in data modelling and data mapping within a regulated environment
- Proven experience with semantic modelling, data lineage, and metadata management
- Ownership mindset: drives decisions and maintains consistency of the logical data model
- Strong communication skills with Finance and Risk stakeholders; able to challenge and align
- Sufficient SQL skills to validate data and mappings independently
- Experience working across business and engineering teams, producing implementation-ready specifications
- Familiarity with regulatory data models (e.g., BIRD, FINREP, COREP, AnaCredit)
