Job Description
The Upward Bound Summer Instructor Coordinator is a member of the Upward Bound summer leadership team, responsible for supervising summer instructors, supporting daily program operations, and contributing to leadership, administration, transportation coordination, and overall program management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience with federally funded TRIO or community based programs preferred
- Demonstrated supervisory and teaching experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
