Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in New York State, in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling plaintiffs' personal injury matters, with a focus on New York law
• Proficient litigation skills, including experience with drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, and courtroom appearances
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
