Workers Compensation Attorney

Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney at Law is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Workers' Compensation Attorney to lead our New York Office. We are committed to providing exceptional legal services to individuals who have been injured at work.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in New York, in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling workers' compensation law matters, with a focus on New York law
• Proficient litigation skills, including experience with drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, and courtroom appearances
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Empathy and a client-focused attitude
