Customer Support Advisor role at Brandt, responsible for proactively contacting customers, providing information on Brandt parts and services, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPI’s) related to parts and service sales.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment parts, operations and the agriculture industry
- Previous Sales experience in a similar role is preferred
- Experience in building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Capable of travelling within the territory and working flexible hours
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s record are required
