Service Manager

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our Ballarat branch. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management, and an appreciation for customer needs. They will be responsible for developing and enforcing effective Service Department processes, creating annual goals and budget, and managing a team of employees.

Requirements

• Develops, communicates, enforces and monitors effective Service Department processes
• Creates annual Service Department goals and budget
• Submits all service warranty and Product Improvement Program claims within the required timeframe
• Schedules and assigns jobs and work areas to employees
• Reviews work orders for completeness and accuracy
• Ensures all departmental tools, equipment and vehicles are in good working order
• Manages recruiting, staffing and employee development activities
