Job Description
This position is responsible for leading the Neal Plant’s FNS and Utility unit operations and providing daily production direction for these areas. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and ability to communicate and motivate all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a chemical facility or a 4-year Engineering degree
- High school diploma required
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and motivate all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of ISO, Process Safety Management procedures, and plant fire and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be currently eligible to work in the United States without the need for any type of sponsorship
