Document Center Specialist

Operates business equipment, performs administrative and clerical duties, composes correspondence, and coordinates meetings and events. Coordinates logistical arrangements, attendance controls, and related follow-ups.

Requirements

• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to operate a variety of business and computer equipment, including the MS Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent required, 1 or more years of relevant experience preferred
